Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this booking facility you will be taken to have agreed to these Booking Terms and Conditions.
The price shown for any package on any date is the total package price and inclusions in the price ( for example, the number of persons, meals, golf, additional goods and services) will vary depending on what facility and date you have chosen. Prices and inclusions may change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated in the rate conditions for individual packages.
Costs of products or services are quoted in Australian dollars and includes GST.
Some packages may have a minimum night stay policy or conditions so may not be available on all dates. Applications for bookings that do not comply with these requirements will be rejected.
To obtain confirmation for all bookings you must complete the booking form, including customer information (for example, name, telephone number, email address and credit card information).
Special requests indicated may be subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Cancelled booking will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking. See "cancellation fees" below.
Fees will also apply where a booking is changed.
You agree to take reasonable care of the premises and to advise the owners of any damage caused during your stay. You accept responsibility for damage caused through wrongful use or negligence. There are to be no parties held at Berkana Cottage. I agree that the owners of Berkana Cottage can retain my credit card details for the purpose of a security bond of $500 during the length of the stay. In the event of damage to contents or the property in excess of the bond I agree to negotiate fair compensation with the owners.
Cancellations Fees and Charges
High Mountain Cottages and Berkana Cottage.
21 days or more notice - full refund less a $25.00 booking fee.
20 days to 12 days notice 25% of total booking charged.
12 days to 8 days notice 50% of total booking charged.
7 days or less notice 100% of total booking charged.
High Mountains Motor Inn
More than 48 hours a $25.00 administration fee
48 hours to 24 hours notice first night charged
24 hours or less up to two nights charged.
Changes in bookings incur a $25.00 booking fee.
